I'm happy to announce my long awaited book, "Memphis Wrestling History Presents: 1982" is now completed and at the publishers. As soon as it is released for sale to the public, I will let everyone know here as well as on this website's FACEBOOK page. If you want me to email you with purchase information as soon as the book is released, then go here! You can send me an email to let me know to notify you when the book is available. As soon as I get the first set of books in hand, I'll send you an email before it's made public on the wesite and you'll be able to get the book (signed) from me quicker than any other way.

The "Memphis Wrestling History" Facebook page is a huge hit. We already have over 400 people signed up. I've been posting a lot of never seen before photos on there and we've had some excellent discusions on there. If you haven't signed up yet, I highly recommend you click HERE, and join today. UPDATE!!! I'm still updating my recommended wrestling book and dvd list. There's a great new book on the list that covers the history of Minnesota Wrestling. Click HERE to check the list out.

I'm happy to announce that I have created a Facebook page for this website. If you click HERE, you can join the Memphis Wrestling History fan page on Facebook. It's a public group and everyone is free to join so tell your friends.

I just noticed Bill Dundee has opened his website back up. It can be reached by clicking HERE. I've also added a link to it on my links page. It's a unique time right now because all of these Memphis Legends: Jerry Lawler, Bill Dundee, Dutch Mantell, Austin Idol, Jim Cornette, Jimmy Valiant and Lance Russell all have active websites on the internet. It's amazing how things have changed in a few short years. All of their websites have shortcuts on my LINKS page.

As a side note, I'm also still updating my recommended wrestling book and dvd list. Click HERE to check it out.

Want To Know What's Here?
I've tried to collect everything I could on Memphis Wrestling, (cards, matches, results, newspaper clippings, program art, etc). I've been lucky enough to get access to some excellent old items that include newspaper clippings & photos all the way back to the 1940's. Some of the people in this special collection include: Wrestlers ( Sputnik Monroe, Jackie Fargo, Billy Wicks, Tojo Yamamoto, Jerry Lawler, Lou Thesz, Gene Kiniski & Andre the Giant) as well as Promoters (Roy Welch, John Regus & Les Wolfe) from decades gone by. I even threw together an Andy Kaufman page .

In putting this site together, I've even been able to put out a book. There's so many cards & results out here ( 1958, 1959, 1960, 1961, 1962, 1963, 1964, 1965, 1966, 1967, 1968, 1969, 1970, 1971, 1972, 1973, 1974, 1975, 1976, 1977, 1978, 1979, 1980, 1981, 1982, 1983, 1984, 1985, 1986, 1987, 1988, 1989, 1990, 1991, 1992 and 1993), that they are broken down by complete year. Just look at the main menu at the top of this page to access them. We even have all the Memphis cards & results that featured the World Heavyweight Champion for the 60's, 70's & 80's, or all together).

If you can't find something you're looking for, use the menu bar at the top ov every page. If it's on my website, it's in my menu.

A recent addition to the website is interviews. The first one i did was with Julien Nitzberg, who is the screewriter to the new Sputnik Monroe movie. A more recent interview was done with Scott Bowden. Another new thing I've been trying is online polls If your thing is wrestling belts, I've even got a great collection of photos.
